# Directions:
01 - Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat, add dried butterfly pea flowers, and steep for 5 minutes until the liquid is vibrant blue. Strain infusion through a fine mesh strainer and allow to cool.
02 - Place freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar in the pitcher. Stir until sugar is fully dissolved.
03 - Add 2 cups of cold water to the lemon mixture in the pitcher and mix thoroughly.
04 - Fill each glass with ice cubes and add lemon slices.
05 - Pour equal portions of the cooled butterfly pea flower infusion into each prepared glass.
06 - Slowly pour the lemonade over the blue infusion in each glass to initiate the color change.
07 - Stir gently to blend. Serve chilled immediately.
