# What You'll Need:
→ Bread & Cheese
01 - 4 slices sourdough bread
02 - 4 oz goat cheese, softened
→ Chicken
03 - 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
→ Hot Honey
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - 0.5 to 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
→ Additional
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
07 - Salt and black pepper to taste
# Directions:
01 - Combine honey and red chili flakes in a small bowl, stirring until evenly distributed. Set aside.
02 - Lay out sourdough slices and spread softened goat cheese evenly on one side of each slice.
03 - Divide shredded chicken over two cheese-coated slices, then drizzle each with hot honey. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
04 - Place remaining sourdough slices on top with cheese side facing the fillings to form two sandwiches.
05 - Spread softened butter evenly on the outside of each sandwich.
06 - Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place sandwiches in the pan and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
07 - Remove sandwiches from heat, slice diagonally in half, and drizzle with additional hot honey if desired. Serve immediately.
