# Directions:

01 - Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl. Allow mixture to sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
02 - Add melted butter, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture and stir thoroughly.
03 - Gradually add flour to the wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
04 - Knead dough on a floured surface for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic, or use a stand mixer with a dough hook for 5 minutes.
05 - Lightly oil a large bowl; place dough inside, cover with plastic wrap or a damp towel, and let rise in a warm environment for 20 minutes until nearly doubled.
06 - Punch down dough, divide into 12 equal pieces, shape each into a ball, and arrange in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
07 - Cover rolls loosely and let rise for 15 to 20 minutes until puffy. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) during this time.
08 - Bake rolls for 18 to 20 minutes until tops are golden brown.
